The downstairs living area is an entertaining paradise. The first room you enter is the ‘Great Room’ with a huge, custom-built bar. The space also includes a beautiful pool table, a piano, and a living area with a granite boulder fireplace. In a recessed corner there is a dining area (with temperature-controlled wine cellar) with lake views which is served by a professional grade chefs’ kitchen. All of this area leads out, via patio doors, onto a 100ft private beach with dock. Out here on the deck there is a custom designed firepit and BBQ
On the first floor there are two king suites (including the impressive ‘Grand suite’ with dramatic views including from its solid stone spa bath), a twin room with two single beds and a further three suites. There is also a steam room on this floor. All double beds are California King size.
