Situated lakeside, in a private mews, the sprawling Chalet Buchannon is built for entertaining. Its vast open living floor is on the ground floor and leads straight out onto a private beach. Your resident mixologist will be happy to make the most of your private bar.

Designed to capture the feel of Old Tahoe, the attention to detail in this chalet is world class. From the custom crafted cabinets to the fine cut stonework, no expense has been spared on the finish of this truly luxurious Chalet.

The downstairs living area is an entertaining paradise. The first room you enter is the ‘Great Room’ with a huge, custom-built bar. The space also includes a beautiful pool table, a piano, and a living area with a granite boulder fireplace. In a recessed corner there is a dining area (with temperature-controlled wine cellar) with lake views which is served by a professional grade chefs’ kitchen. All of this area leads out, via patio doors, onto a 100ft private beach with a dock. Out here on the deck there is a custom designed firepit and BBQ

On the first floor there are two king suites (including the impressive ‘Grand suite’ with dramatic views including from its solid stone spa bath), a twin room with two single beds and a further three suites. There is also a steam room on this floor. All double beds are California King size.
